La Sección San Benito está orgullosa de participar en el renacimiento de la ciudad de San Benito conocida como la ciudad de resacas; origen del conjunto musical de Narciso Martínez y donde Freddie Fender dedicó a sus compañeros de escuela la canción " Wasted Days and Wasted Nigths". Tambén es un orgullo compartir la vida de muchas maravillosas personas que a travéz de los años siguen los principios y las huellas del Consejo Internacional de Buena Vecindad.

The San Benito Chapter is proud to participate in the renaissance of the city of San Benito- known as the Resaca City; home of conjunto music where Narciso Martinez had his upbringing, and where Freddie Fender lauded his school mates with the tune of “Wasted Days and Wasted Nights”. We’re also proud to share the lives of such wonderful people as those who thru the years have followed the principals, and footsteps, of the International Good Neighbor Council.
